We have procedures in place for dealing with complaints. Whilst we are firmly committed to providing you with a high level of service, if something goes wrong, we will assist you to resolve the issue. If you have any concerns in relation to your investment in any of the Schemes, please contact us by email or post.

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you can refer your complaint to the independent complaints resolution body, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), on 1800 931 678 or in writing to GPO Box 3, Melbourne, Victoria 3001. 

Note that AFCA is not available to wholesale investors.
